Our fixed-price menus generally change every 15 days, but there is still room for variations or special menus for vegans, vegetarians or gluten-free.
Our kitchen reserves special attention to seasonality of vegetables which come straight from the kitchen garden in a local-ingredients-only philosophy.
We also use spontaneous herbs, wild fruits and field vegetables.
